If you are an EU citizen there are no legal challenges but your bigger worry will be finding housing in Dublin. The country is also just recovering from storm damages and I have now been without power since Friday morning.

if you have an eu port you need nothing else what will cause you a problem is somewhere to live with 20 or 30 people after one apt and sky high prices expect to pay 2k a month for a 1 bed
