Hi, I am in the process of collecting documents to apply for Romanian citizenship through my father's eligibility. He was born in Moldova which allows me to apply for citizenship to reclaim the citizenship.
One of the requirements in this process are three documents which are:
These are standard template documents where one simply needs to put in their information. If someone has one or more of these documents and can send them to me so I can create my own declaration I would be very grateful. (Yes I know I can pay a lawyer to draft them if you were thinking of that...).

- Declaration on one’s own responsibility, authenticated at the notary or at the diplomatic mission of Romania, from which to result if one wishes to acquire the Romanian citizenship by keeping the domicile abroad or establishing the domicile in Romania;
- Declaration on one’s own responsibility, authenticated at the notary or at the diplomatic mission of Romania, showing that at present it does not undertake and does not actions against the rule of law or national security and in the past it has not carried out such activities;
- Declaration on one’s own responsibility, authenticated at the notary or at the diplomatic mission of Romania, from which it should result whether or not he submitted another application for acquiring Romanian citizenship;
