@NB Is it necessary to redo medicals and PCC if we travel from Australia to India for a two-week holiday and return? I have lodged 189 from onshore. Medical was completed last month.

Thanks
Not at all
Enjoy your holiday
Cheers

I have received final invite from SA 10 days ago and im preparing documents, but it seems that I might have a bit of a problem with my employment contract.

How crucial is this document ?
I can not find the darn thing.
I'm with the same company for more that 10 years, and i have signed a couple of annexes and i have them all, but not the first document from years ago.
Knowing HR i have doubts they will be cooperative on acquiring the contract from the dusty archives.

I do have all payslips, bank statements, ref. letter, health insurance and every possible ing evidence for the entire period of employment.

@NB any guidance will be appreciated .

Cheers,

ps Apologies if posting the same question in two places (not sure if is against the rules)

Just get a affidavit from your friend and get it attested by a JP in Australia
Its not a critical document as far as I can see
Cheers
In your opinion, how likely IS DHA to reject a 190 application for lack of documentation reasons when NSW has approved with the same or fewer documents?

I got the invite and NSW approved the application, including regional study points. I didn't submit all the below, but they still approved it. I attached all the below in the visa application to be safe.

Statement of bank open and close dates
List of addresses on bank's file which show my regional addresses.
academic documents like CoEs, transcripts and awards.
Official statutory declaration from my housemate, who's an Australian permanent resident, that stayed with him and his family in the specified regional areas.
Scanned copies of official letters as well which show my addresses. (Edu Institution, AFP)
Bunch of online orders of physical items and receipts in email
Education and 485 Visa Medical appointment receipts, which show my addresses.

States don’t your claims too much
They only do a cursory check
The state has accepted your documents and sponsored you, is immaterial for DHA
They will all documents from scratch
Each individual application is unique and needs to be ed by evidence relevant to his case
