For the phone service at least, it may very well depend on where you are located as to what options are available. Same may apply to the mail address service - are you mostly concerned with a US mailing address for receiving postal mail from the US, or for receiving packages with ongoing forwarding, or for mail screening with electronic forwarding of "important" documents?

 

The primary purpose is to have a US mail address available just in case. I get very little mail in the US

Select one of their service location and they will fwd your mail for you, you can set it up to be fwd on a monthly basis or as needed in between etc.

For phone I use a SIP pbx backbone. This doesn't require a SIM in your phone, it uses network protocols. As long as you have some form of internet, you can make calls. The service I use is through Rob Braxx.

I'm unable to PM you a lot of SIP / VOIP info, perhaps you can PM me or email me and I can xfer that way.

 

iposatl1 looks not bad. Do they need a US address to sign me up or my foreign address ok? Also, can they scan contents of our mail and send to us or just throw away at our direction do you know?

I dont know what sip pbx is. I will check...so that gives you a US phone number andand ability to receie sms text messages?
