in deciding between two exact profiles, what does VIC prefer?
-date of effect of EOI?
-date of effect of ROI?
-initial submission date of EOI

i could find info about preferences of other states but not definitive info about VIC, so asking here. Can somebody please help if you know?

States don’t give any weightage for the date of the EOI
They may choose an EOI lodged yesterday ignoring one lodged a year back
Make sure that you complete the forms of the state as required
